 Assist in the re-structure of the distribution network Develop staff & Dealers capability in regards with the new distribution framework. Managed all pre-launch activities for the FMCG project (Identify potential partners, conduct initial meetings to explain the concept and mutual benefits, conduct RFI for the final list who passed the assessment) Identify gaps in the distribution network and provide initiatives to close these gaps. Assisted as one of the committee for assessing the Regional managers.
