• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• With cooperating with planning and production department I follow up with the order and determine the confirmation date/lead time of the order. Then I perform the shipping line booking in the right time.
• Report on regional sales results
• Keep continuous contact with the customer to solve their issues and respond to their inquiries.
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits and sales.
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Alexandria Governorate, Egypt

• Process export orders and the respective shipping processes with prioritization of different shipments
• Ensuring an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies
• Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues
• Management of the communication with the sales department and customers
• Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
