1. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, legal teams, and senior management, regarding contracts and tenders.2. Leading the Contracts and Tendering Department to achieve the Company’s strategic goals and business/ contractual excellence. 3. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment within the Contracts and Tendering Department.4. Responsible for all the commercial, contractual, and business development activities for the company, including pre-qualifications and registrations with new clients, tendering, negotiation, agreement, contracts administration, dispute resolutions/claim management, and contract close-out.5. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contracts, tenders, and procurement.6. Work closely with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting and timely invoicing and payment for contracts.7. Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to legal and company requirements.8. Monitor contract performance, identifying and addressing deviations or issues in a timely manner.

1. Supervises and coordinates al activities of NIGM maintenance operations. The activities include wide range equipment, system, building associated with different disciplines such as HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, Water Treatment and Sewage Treatment. Ensures that Plan Preventive Maintenance activities are carried out as per the schedule.2. Provides work directions to contractor’s staff and ensures that all activities confirm to accepted technical standards.3. Assists the site management in achieving the required outcomes.4. Answers questions, investigates complaints and recommends corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints. Responsible in 24-hour emergency maintenance services.5. Develops the staff technical capabilities. Responsible for evaluation of NIGM staff allotted to him.6. Implements and maintains CMMS- Computerized Maintenance Management System. Implements and maintains the NIGM IMS System.7. Ensures the usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE- e.g., helmet, safety shoes, protective clothing, always goggles etc.) in the work area.8. Performs preventative maintenance for a variety of equipment involving inspection, performance testing, calibrating, belt changing, lubrication, adjusting, filter changing, coil cleaning, etc.
