Main job tasks and responsibilities at Advansys Projects • Record creditor’s invoices and prepare payments as per the base period.• Creditor accounts • Temporary fund & imprest fund • Employee loan • Supplier accounts& supplier Under reconciliations• salaries Employees • Review invoices and check requests.• Sort and match invoices and check requests.• Set invoices up for payment.• Processes check requests.• Reconciliation of payments.• Prepare analysis of accounts.• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date• Resolve invoice discrepancies.• Vendors file maintenance.• correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries• Produce monthly reports.• Handle what is our actual Bank balance during the month to cover our payments• Assist in month end closing
