Responsibilities- Monitor, control and manage the design process and present findings for different packages- Preparation of scope of work section in the TOR reflecting the client’s brief requirements- Arrange, manage and minute design progress and coordination meetings with client and consultants- Managing the client’s change requests and assisting contracts department in issuance of variation orders- Technical evaluation of payments and claims- Perform review on consultants’ design phases deliverables including drawings and specifications- Compare between the consultants prequalification and technical proposal then recommend the most suitable consultant to the client - Managing the consultant during authorities’ approvals and building permit process - Identify risk elements for each project, define means of mitigation and make recommendation to client- Conduct value engineering workshops - Prepare client weekly and monthly report - Perform the concept design and schematic design according to the client requirements - Produce development drawings and final modifications - Coordinating between the different consultants

Sherif El Daly has over 18 years experience in large building projects with interdisciplinary coordination responsibilities and ability to identify and formulate practical solutions to the spectrum of architectural issues. Experience in both design and construction work ,prepare scope of works and specification writings, proven knowledge in reviewing and recommending a large range of building materials is essential. He is fully experienced in developing and controlling large building projects through all stages from conceptual design to commissioning and completion
