 Review all contract documents and verify the scope of work. Follow up with Engineering to issue the design documents (Technical specifications, Bill of Quantities, Drawings, and Calculations). Review all design documents with the main contract specifications and be sure that all documents satisfy the contract requirements. Preparing the Purchase Request (PR) and follow up with the procurement to get offers. Review all received offers with the contract and design documents to issue the technical evaluation report (TER). Prepare the material submittal to get the consultant and owner approvals to proceed for issuing the Purchase Order. Prepare the Purchase Order (PO) technical documents. Communicate the supplier to get the document submittal requirements (DSR) and Time Schedule. Review all supplier documents to ensure that the documents comply with the design requirements. Issue manufacturing release to the supplier. Issue the final approved documents for construction. Follow up with the supplier to get the progress report to ensure that supplier follows the project schedule. Follow up with the supplier to get the FAT schedule and attend the FAT to ensure that the supplier follows the testing procedures. Follow up with the supplier to confirm the delivery date and get the packing list. Review the packing list and send it to the logistics team to ship the material to site. Follow up with the supplier to provide us with the FAT test reports and as built drawings. Issue the as built drawings for construction.
