Projects Operation

As a Project Director, I’m responsible with my team for: -• Managing integrated solution to handle the site’s supervision and management consultancy services to Client`s Projects. • Implementing the management services roles, as described in the contract, for the construction management which supervises the construction of projects and monitor activities at worksites. • Managing crews to ensure that health and safety codes are observed and work is accomplished as scheduled.• Coordinating with all contractors and consultants to achieve the clients’ objective and target dates within agreed time frame and budget.• Following up the progress, cost, schedule, invoices and milestones as well as weekly, biweekly, monthly and top management reports.

 As a Projects director, I `am responsible to apply company policies and achieve the projects target duration, cost, safety etc … ,  Also responsible of construction activities progress for different projects till Handing over to the client that in coordination with each individual project manager and project`s team. I `am responsible for all Civil, Architectural, Electromechanical and Infrastructure Works, in accordance with all the Tender Documents and project`s specification Reporting to the company CEO the progress and the status of all projects in charge including but not limited: - Net Profit as per planned, Construction activities progress, planning, cost control, procurement, recruitment, subcontractors, correspondence, claims, Change Orders…etc., to achieve the target and budget.

 Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities. Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains H.S.E. Hazards & Safety Environmental service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Development the social relation between all company`s staff and create a spirit of cooperation and competition by applying incentive system.

Brief Description:The work includes Construction of Residential (Multi Family Units) Sharm El Sheikh _ Egypt.The Activities for Construction are about 100,000 SM of buildings in Nabeque Area Sharm El Sheikh around biggest lagoon in the Middle East,The Budget of the project is about 300 Million L.E. for all trades Civil, MEP, Architect, Infrastructure and LandscapingResponsibilities:Responsible for following up all project trades; method statement, construction activities progress, planning, cost control, procurement, recruitment, subcontractors, correspondence, claims, Change Orders…etc, to achieve the target (time, quality and budget). All the work is executed according to the International Standard Specification.

As an Area Manager for the Company in Ajman City United Arab Emirates, responsible for construction of all awarded projects to the company.The Company specialized in infra structure projects _ Sewerage Network, Storm Water ,etc.

The work includes Construction of New Container Terminal Damietta Port, Egypt. The project includes Construction of Quay wall and Onshore works.The Project Activities for Construction of Quay wall are construction of front and rear diaphragm wall, Concrete slab Plat form, Pre stressed Anchors and Crain rails …etc.Project Activities for Construction of ONSHORE works are construction of all utilities services the port i.e. Rain water drainage system, sewage system, water supply system, electrical system M.V., L.V. and I.T., Earthwork and pavement system and all services buildings Administration bldg., customs bldg., ….etc.The Budget of the project is 220 Millions U.S. $for Quay wall, and 75 Millions U.S. $ for Onshore works.Responsibilities:Responsible for all technical office duties for onshore project and coordination with Quay wall project i.e., submittals, shop drawings, geo-technical de-watering, Shoring System, Interim statements, , procurement, study of subcontractors offers, correspondence, claims, Change Orders , Quantity Take off . …etc.All the work is executed according to the International Standard Specification.

Brief Description:The work includes Construction of new Oral dosage facilities for Pharmaceutical Factory Pfizer at Egypt, the project includes supply and installs all construction activities _Civil and Electro mechanical activities_ to satisfaction of PFIZER International requirements for Pharmaceutical Production. The Project Activities are Construction of Production Building, Warehouse Building, Under Ground Tank and Electrical Substation Building. Also Supply and install HVAC system, firefighting system, Electrical system, CCTV system and External utilities System ...etc.The Budget of the project is 54 Million L.E., the Civil and Architectural work is about 35% and electromechanical work is about 65%.Responsibilities:responsible for all technical office duties i.e., submittals, shop drawings, geo-technical de-watering, Shoring System, Interim statements, , procurement, study of subcontractors offers, correspondence, claims, Change Orders , Quantity Take off . …Etc.All the work refers to the International Pharmaceutical Specification and Conditions.

Managing and coordination between all projects and Follow-up the actual progress of all company’s projects and compare it to the target schedules, Computing the production rates, review interim statements, scheduling, Also coordinating between different departments and the sites, Also Tendering studies, Claims, cost control, contract administration and all other technical office duties, The company has different type of projects (i.e. Infrastructure, Tunneling, Building …etc)

Responsible as a Civil engineer for all civil work Rehabilitation of the base including runways, control tower, internal and external finishing for shelters and pilot housing also coordination between Army Battalions, subcontractors and the Corps of engineers; the project is development of Amoun Air Base in Abu Swair, Ismailia according to highest technology system, also responsible for warehouse Operations and materials control.

Civil Engineer in Shahat Branch, for all civil work in the branch, construction, finishing, and maintenance for Sousa elect plant. Laying elect. Cables, concrete ducts and all construction required inside company camp…. Etc.

The Project is Infrastructure development for Helwan New Community, which includes: Roads & Pavements, Water distribution, Sewer Collection, Landscaping, Earth work Cut & Fill.Responsibilities:- Take off for all project items, my job includes computer operation on IBM Personal Computer using lotus123 and estimation for All Qty Schedule and Cost Reports.- Earthwork Calculation cut & fill by using Hewlett Packard Computer.- Monthly payments, liaison between company and consultant and sub-contractors

Civil Engineer assigned for a private contractor office, executing many small projects like 3 R.C. Bridges and 2 intakes on El-Hager Canal in Giza City, Development of irrigation system in Helwan Zone, surveying for all Above Projects, housing structure in El-Mohandeseen City using Flat Slab Foundation.
