• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets assigned• Negotiate with the customers on space, promotions, price increases, new listings, etc.• Ensure the availability of all SKUs in all assigned outlets.• Monitor availability of stock at company warehouse• Manage the expiry, rotation and returns of stocks in the market• Follow up and ensure delivery of all orders by Logistics Team • Oversee the merchandising activities to ensure the proper implementation of agency wise planograms and POS, stock rotations, expiry monitoring etc• Provide Daily Sales Reports/other reports to ensure proper records/data• Provide market intelligence data to concerned managers from time to time• Responsible for statement of accounts of assigned outlets and cheque/payment collections on time• Assist finance in reconciliations of display rentals, A&P bookings, GRVs, debit/credit notes as and when required

Duties and tasks:Prepares and then follows up on any sales deals made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.Responds to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.Works closely with the Sales & Marketing team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.Handling Sales and Marketing activities (Logistics, Client Agreements ) for:- Head & Shoulders Free Style Competition July 2011- Barca Escola Academy Carnivals 2011/2012Marketing and memberships selling plans for:- Palm Hills Club- Arabella Country ClubMarketing and Sales Champion for Euro 2012 Guide; selling sponsorship packages and ads in the Euro 2012 GuideMarketing for sports academies such as:- Barca Escola- Junior NBA AcademyOversees any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal clients.
