Responsible to manage 5 departments with more than 17 Trainer and Consultant Following the department heads (Program Managers) on a daily and weekly basis to maintain the high performance and high quality level Working head to head with Product Managers and Business Development Managers to support all the vendors and the business requirements Responsible for courses development as per customer and/or vendor requests. Coordinates with Marketing Manager for the launch of new products in conferences, seminars etc... providing the technical support required to ensure success of such eventsCoaching and managing the new comers and build the right program that can fit their skills
