Sheriff Kerfala strongly believes that all accidents are preventable and join existing and prospective clients in a shared vision of incident and injury free projects. I consistently maked all effort to eliminate all incidents and injuries on projects whilst promoting safety as the first priority.All employees on our projects are accountable for the effectiveness of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan and sheriff actively encourages involvement and consultation to strive for our goals.Also assist in achieving a commendable safety record, my management plans have been based on safety management systems, principals and guidelines that promote continuous improvement. This philosophy is reflected in the recent implementation of the Diploma of Management for all management staff and the Certificate 2 Metalliferous Competencies for all employees which serves to continually reinforce safety as a core practice within my team. I am committed to achieving the highest possible performance in Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace across all of its business operation implementation and good in mine act and familiar with the supporting regulation.
