I am a visionary leader with 34 years of experience in Information Technology and Enterprise Solutions, with a dedicated focus on the Real Estate and Property Management industry. My career has been a dynamic journey, starting as a Database Developer, where I developed a standalone Medical Distributor App in 1992. From there, I advanced to roles as an AS400 DB2 Developer and Oracle DBA, evolving alongside the internet and cloud infrastructure revolution. In 2003, I became the first double CCIE in Saudi Arabia, leading and architecting a network of over 30,000 routers and implementing a greenfield Network, Data Center, and ERP for a Network Operator.In 2012, my extensive experience with enterprise customers, robust networks, and business applications inspired me to pursue entrepreneurship. I shifted my focus to the Property and Facility Management industry, developing a specialized Property Management Vertical on Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a Microsoft Certified IP since 2015, I’ve had the privilege of serving Enterprise Real Estate and Property Management companies worldwide, with extensive implementations in Saudi Arabia, India, ASEAN Countries, the UAE, the Middle East, Ghana, Sudan, the Philippines, the Maldives, the USA, Canada, and the Cayman Islands.Through these experiences, I recognized a significant gap between enterprise and non-enterprise customer segments. Despite similar business processes, digital adoption among small and medium-sized companies was minimal. In 2019, driven by the challenges of the pandemic, our think tank team at Property Automate launched a solution to enable digital transformation and automation in the Real Estate and Property Management industry, regardless of company size.As part of our PropTech and Digital Transformation initiatives, we offer an all-in-one software solution for Real Estate, Property Management, Brokers, Coworking, Community, and Facility Management.
