Coaching a 40 person specialized team monitoring and supervising the project works and testing and examining all materials and workmanship employed in connection with the works for El-Moujib and Southern Ghors Irrigation Project in Jordan. The total construction cost of the project was 75 Million U.S. Dollars.

Responsibilities include: • Overseeing design projects includes developing expectations for the project to ensure its completion in accordance with established quality standards and time frames; • Assisting in the design responsibilities to ensure the project is completed in the established time frame. This can include responsibility for specific design functions through each stage of the project, as well as reviewing the work of other team members and making changes to ensure the project is completed accurately; • Scheduling the delivery for each phase of the project; • Establish procedures necessary for managing the Design Team relating to communication, deliverables and teamwork; • Organise, manage and chair design team meetings and follow‐up actions; • Advise design team on contractual and procurement issues; • Prepare progress reports and design programme including design audits and quality checks; • Reporting progress to management as well as clients.

Responsibilities include: • Managing project team to deliver a range of water, wastewater and storm water drainage projects; • The day to day technical direction of junior staff; • Producing detailed project designs according to relevant standards and codes; • Preparing bid documents and fair cost estimates; • Interpreting engineering specifications, resolving design and field engineering difficulties and coordinating work schedules; • Ensuring design work interfaces well with other disciplines; • Contributing to the planning and scheduling of work to achieve prescribed objectives; • Preparing progress reports and monitoring project controls; • Recommending changes in plans specifying estimated costs; • Recommending substitutions in materials and payment for completed works; • Consulting with other departments, suppliers and contractors to clarify situations; • Responding to client directions in a responsive and customer focused manner.

Responsibilities include: • working on concept, feasibility, outline and detailed design work studies; • computer analysis and network modelling; • carry out drainage area studies, including interpreting flow survey information; • assessing the performance of existing networks and developing proposed solutions; • presenting recommendations in technical reports; • completion of technical tasks as appropriate to complete the works.

In charge of the management, full design and technical support during construction of the environmental design systems including the selection of the most adequate water and wastewater treatment systems, the preparation of preliminary and final design drawings and reports, and the preparation of detailed technical and performance specifications.
