The most important success factor, when it comes to driving business growth, is the people. And what’s most important for people is being equipped with the resources necessary to make this growth a reality. This is why Learning and Development plays a pivotal role in the achievement of organizational objectives and execution of the vision. As an L&D leader, I’m known for developing programs and designing curricula that activate global workforces and amplify their engagement in order to advance organizational priorities as well as service delivery to customers.Getting my career start as an English Teacher, equipped with my Master of Education in Adult Education, I made a pivot into technology as a Software Instructor. I continued along this path to become an Instructional Designer, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and later a Global Training Manager. All of the roles I’ve held, even as a Project Manager, have been focused on driving change through education and learning, with initiatives including:● Unifying L&D silos under one central umbrella in order to ensure a consistent L&D experience for thousands of employees across a global enterprise● Influencing the adoption of Agile and SCRUM, delivering custom training programs, and completely shifting organizations’ project management approaches and methodology● Transforming curriculum delivery with the creation of e-learning, just-in-time learning, and self-service modulesWith deep experience in technology, I’m no stranger to distilling complexity and boiling it down into digestible processes that aren’t just easy to learn but are also easy to adopt, apply, and integrate. I then design programs that are powered and delivered by tech tools.
