Responsible for all operations of Distribution Centers

I worked at the second. Expansion project, (20.000m2) of central distribution center, Riyadh (planning, organization, construction, installation and operation) June 2013- Dec 2014.Worked at project of acquisition of Saudi Group, inventory of all assets and stocks, close indebtedness (returns to vendors), transfer the stock from Saudi warehouses to Al Nahdi warehouses with maintaining the availability of items at Saudi Group pharmacies at lowest costs, May 2013- Sep 2013.Worked at expansion of distribution center, (6500m2) (planning, organization, construction, installation and operation) Oct. 2010- May 2013.Have prepared many standard operational work procedures for distribution centers and logistic services.In addition to I worked among team of (Supply chain & Logistic Services Dept.) for 12 years at the largest chain of retail pharmacies. I participated to achieve vision of the company from the traditional idea of distribution centers and warehouses to distribution centers operated according to the biggest international standards and the company was awarded quality certificates form ISO & OSAS.- Summary of the operations executed under my management and supervision at Al Nahdi CO ,Riyadh Distribution Center :-(organization, planning, receiving ,Purchasing communicate with vendors, purchase, storage operations , Inventory control, picking& checking, shipping & distribution, returns, stock quality standards Implementation, create standard forms and (SOP) work procedures, customer service, safety & security, maintenance, construction & installations, prepare annual budgets for our Distribution Center on Riyadh ., prepare reports and work indicators, charges control and budget distribution, communicate with all departments to fulfill tasks, provide alternative solutions to compensate shortage of workers at our DC, training and development of newly hired, motivate the team to achieve the targets..

Prepared (SOP) a lot of standard operational work procedures for distribution centers and logistic services (under progress).Have worked at safety projects for safety of constructions (under progress). Worked at merger of Riyadh and Eastern warehouses to unified warehouses in Riyadh, Aug 2009 – Nov 2009. Worked at project of (operation of all diapers at Riyadh warehouse) from receipt from vendors up to delivery to POS (Point of Sale) in order to reduce storing costs, rate of damaged items from Jeddah warehouse to POS in Riyadh and Eastern, June 2009-Sep 2010. Have worked at (POS provide) project in Riyadh and Eastern from Riyadh warehouses instead of Jeddah warehouses, April 2009- Present.have worked at distribution and transport project by Third- Party Logistics , March 2009  Have worked at (distribution of drugs, cosmetics and milk) project from Jeddah DS to branches and pharmacies with maintaining quality and speed and to reduce shipping costs, Jan. 2009-Present.Worked at transport of agencies stock to third- Party logistics (Banaja), Jan 2009- Jan 2011. Execution of warehouse preparation project according to SFDA stipulations, Oct. 2008- March 2009.

Worked at preparation of warehouses to start retail, July 2006- Dec 2009.Worked at receipt of (Sudis medical warehouses) (retail & agencies) and transport them to Al Nahdi medical warehouses, Jan. 2006- Aug 2006.Worked at receiving import items from the port directly to distribution centers instead of receiving it at one center and distribute them to branches, and from branches to POS to reduce costs and damaged items, May 2005- July 2008.Worked at tenders supply to MOH (Medical Supplies), MOI warehouse and military hospitals, Jan 2005- Jan 2010.Worked at the project (medical equipment) receiving, storage and distribution for the Al Nahdi exhibition in Riyadh, June 2004-Jan 2008.Worked at receiving, storing and distribution of many agencies (children milk items, Lacto Misr, food supplements, Al Jazeera Pharmaceutical Industries, Julphar, Medpharma, Personal care products), Sep 2003-Jan 2011.
