Accomplishments:  Coordinated the production of 80 art/resilience information events satisfying 2 grants for different foundations. Conducted meetings and drafted project budgets for grantors that led to the retention and acquisition of over $77,000 in grant money.  Coordinated and trained a team of over 30 artist/advocates to present mental health advocacy through art shows and venues.

Functions as a Project Manager/Provisioner with the responsibility of: managing and completing user acceptance test cases and circuit provisioning for Network Vision Ethernet and Microwave Models. Other responsibilities include: research and documentation of new systems for OEMs and the Sprint customer; root cause analysis assessments for trouble shooting, future planning, training, process change, and explanation of issues to the customer; training new technicians domestic and offshore; offshore vendor management; LEC escalations, trouble ticketing, and FOC chasing; acting as an interdepartmental liaison assisting other units with inquiries and issues, data-basing information on deliverables according to timelines.

Representative duties: Processed equipment and service orders in multiple markets; ensured accurate address information was being used in the system; researched problem addresses by using advanced mapping systems and gathering address information from the cable partner; archived aged orders; organized associates and team workload for special overtime projects.

Answered incoming customer calls regarding technical assistance, cellular service and billing; made service changes; suggested adding or dropping services based on analysis of customer billing to ensure satisfaction. Achievements:Successfully used "one call resolution" philosophy and effectively resolved customer concerns with an average "call handle time" of 306 seconds.
