Morrison Mentors is a 501c3 committed to the advancement of underserved communities through the mobilization and development of dedicated mentors that provide academic, career support and STEM enrichment services to students and their families. My role is to provide insight to the development and implementation of organizational goals, strategies, policies and procedures as the organization carries out its mission.

Hypnotica.us is a creative team who has succeeded in creating extensive and sophisticated multi media shows around the world with the ability to tell any story through audio visual shows and installations. Utilizing interactive real-time technology for special immersive projects, and light design for shows additional effects.

Director of Youth Services & SACC Director of the Boys & Girls Club of the Bellport Area, Determined to become the best version of myself and hoping to inspire others in the process! I oversee the quality and success of all aspects of program operations, management, relationships, program development, staff and volunteer training and supervision. I collaborate with an amazing team of youth development professionals to inspire and enable youth to realize their full potential. Some of my duties include:  Overseeing the effective programming and to meet state, county, funder standards Develop strategic long-term program expansion goals and budgets with Executive Director Manage, train and motivate a team of 10-15 staff Create program measurement tools, oversee data collection and evaluate outcomes Monitor program budgets and oversee grant and contract compliances Keep staff accountable to accomplishing quarterly progress toward goal completion as well as toestablish goals and plans for the following year Represents the organization at conferences and other public events; leading activities, speaking rolesand trainings Maintain and cultivate funded program partnerships with organizations; identifyingfuture partners and potential funding opportunities Attend relevant partnership meetings
