About Sherika Jacobs, E.I.

I am a driven civil engineer dedicated to honing and improving my skills, so that I can ultimately make a positive difference in my community and around the world. I have been working as a project manager/project engineer since 2019 with the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority. Throughout my time at the Authority, I have had to learn and apply principles from multiple disciplines of engineering including mechanical and electrical engineering. In January 2021, I started working on water infrastructure projects for the Authority. The new projects I am working on includes employing civil engineering concepts in water resources and construction management. I am excited to continue my civil engineering career, specifically in construction!
