At CloudPay, I was responsible for identifying, leading, and overseeing the development and growth of new business opportunities, including future uses/markets for our product, new products, M&A activity, and managing partnerships to maximize business growth.As VP Global Sales I was responsible for managing a team to provide Global 2000 companies with a multi-national payroll solution to standardize and harmonize practices and procedures, ensure compliance, provide visability and utilize tools to enable companies to leverage their data. Led team to 252% year over year performance, significant growth in new net clients and signficant new countries from existing client base.

Successfully led this medium sized company with over 500 employees in 8 worldwide locations to provide Payroll and HRA services successfully to over 700 clients with more than 100,000 employees in 78 different countries. Our USP is to provide exceptional customer service, worldwide payroll and HR administration and compliance in local language and English for all countries where our client's employees are located.As the CEO, I set the strategy, hired the best team and manged the team to focus on exceeding client and shareholder expectations.

Paychex is the second largest payroll provider in the world. Completed research and all aspects of business plan necessary for Paychex, Inc. to enter the International market including financial modeling, pro forma, business planning, product development and marketing strategy. Successfully opened Paychex’s business with 4 regional offices in Germany, managed the development of our new product, marketing strategy, sales strategy, Human resource strategy and operations strategy to grow this new division at a higher acceleration then any prior US market entry. Overall P&L responsibility for the International division.Opened and managed the new market entry of 4 Emerging markets in the US.Managed all marketing functions and strategy for a $300 million division of Paychex, Major Market Service.
