  Bloombase was formed following a corporate career that spanned from 1990 until today. As a former student-athlete I was eager to develop myself as a leader in corporate America and had the opportunity to do so for many incredible leaders and companies (Motorola, Bristol Myers-Squibb, Ernst&Young, etc.), and across functional areas like Operations, Strategy, Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Supply Chain. I was and still am drawn to leadership and learning in all that we do at Bloombase, which is why my experience at and current connection to higher education institutions remain important to our work that is grounded in neuroscience, behavioral science, best practice, and a myriad of areas of expertise based in research and proven practices. Climates of high performance matter more in organizations today than ever before as does the whole human experience perspective of leadership.
