As a coach, you're always there for your clients, inspiring and supporting them to succeed. But, where do you find the help and support you need? Everything on the internet is about helping clients succeed —not coaches, and there's a stigma around seeking help in our profession.I get it because I've experienced it first hand.I'm a career counselor with over 25 years of experience in human services and higher education. I've helped thousands of people discover their true potential at work. But, when I felt overwhelmed and exhausted, I couldn't find the specific help I needed in my field, and my colleagues were often in the same boat. That's why I started my consulting business five years ago – to fill the gaps and support coaches and counselors who, like me, struggled alone. My consulting business is different. Instead of the typical one-on-one counseling, I create group programs that bring coaches together, providing a safe space for self-reflection, sharing of practical strategies, knowledge, and support. This leads to deeper insights, feeling supported, as well as personal and professional growth.Whether you're interested in my NCDA FCD certification program or a coaching resilience workshop, my approach will help you connect with your authentic self in your coaching practice. I'll also guide you in developing self-care practices to prevent burnout, boost well-being, and find genuine career fulfillment.Just imagine a life where you feel energized, emotionally clear, and motivated in your coaching work, making a meaningful impact on everyone around you – clients, colleagues, collaborators, and supervisors. With my support, you can turn that dream into reality.👉DM me and let's chat about how I can help you reach your full coaching potential.
