We help professionals defend their occupational licenses when their licenses are under attack by a state agency or board.

Responsible for the overall operational management, mentoring, coaching, and substantive training of 10 teams consisting of four (4) Department Managers, nine (9) Supervisors, and 45–53 Legal Assistants at a law firm with a portfolio of 15k–30k active files. Routinely broke down complex legal and regulatory requirements into operational pieces to develop procedures that are both compliant and functional. Conducted compliance and quality assessment audits, tracked key performance indicators (KPI), customer centricity metrics, provided forecasting, trending and data analytics, directed expense management, quality assurance, performance management and development, internal/external partner collaboration, tactical alignment to strategic initiatives. My hands-on ability to work with stakeholders resulted in various and numerous successful partnerships.

Directed several key teams within the Foreclosure Department of the firm. Supervised the respective Section Managers while overseeing all operational functions concerning Hearings, Final Judgments, Foreclosure Sales, Mediations, and Dismissals. Identified best practices for processes in all sections. Identified and implemented process improvements between teams within unit and across units. Served as liaison between departments within unit. Ensured procedures were up to date and followed. Developed plan for cross-training staff within assigned departments and unit. Developed and maintained productivity reports for unit. Participated in the interview process for new candidates. Developed process for identification of audit files and departmental audit process. Ensured all client reports were produced timely. Administered audits requested by clients. Owned client directed projects from start to finish, coordinated timely completion and report same to client. Contributed in global initiatives. Coordinated and implemented plan for completion of initiatives arising from legal steering and/or clients.

Successfully steered, strengthened and stimulated a team of 14 full-time employees. Communicated persuasively and maintained a positive attitude in order to motivate and encourage subordinates. Facilitated and governed weekly staff meetings providing clear objectives and productivity goals. Cultivated new departmental policies and procedures as needed. Prioritized the importance of tasks making effective, efficient decisions. Encouraged cross-training initiatives and promoted employee growth within the firm. Ensured compliance with federal, state, and local laws and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure by remaining cognizant of continuing changes. Ensured departmental quality assurance and identified process improvements by effectuating a random review process of outgoing work product.
