⚙️Study & Review tender documents (Drawings, Bill of Quantity and Specifications) to understand the nature of Project and Contract. ⚙️ Providing complete quantity take-off, analysis and estimate for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope. ⚙️ Receiving Quotation from Subcontractors, Vendors and Suppliers. ⚙️Review all quotations comply with the client's requirement and their provided Specifications. ⚙️Support senior management with pre-tender negotiations with major manufacturers & suppliers. ⚙️ Prepare the BOQ to receive the Dry Cost unit rates. ⚙️Propose value engineering for electrical scope.

⚙️Monitor & Raise Inspection Requests for approval (RFIA's/WIR's & MIR's) according to the approved ITP, Method Statements, and corresponding Quality verifying documents. ⚙️Ability to understand and handle responsibilities / Tasks in all respect with the assistance of site engineers & foremen under the guidance of QC Engineer. ⚙️ Issue Internal Nonconformance Report (NCR) or Corrective Action Required (CAR) for any Quality violations / defects in completed works and propose corrective actions. ⚙️Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report. ⚙️Carry out Inspection during material delivery on site and ensure the material delivered complies to the Approved Project Specifications, Drawings, Technical Data sheets and Material Approval Request (MAR). ⚙️ Ensure that the quality of work and the materials delivered on site complies with the Local Authority regulations and standards (AADC/ADDC) and the Project Specifications. ⚙️Completing all QAQC documents of the entire project.
