This includes supervising office staff and maintaining office records.* Main activities - * Design and implement office policies* Review and approve supply requisitions* Liaise with vendors and sub contractors* Update organizational chart* Maintain office equipment* Recruit and select staff with project management team* Provide on the job and other training opportunities* Evaluate staff performance* Ensure filing systems are maintained up to date, protection and security of files and records* Verify receipts/claims* Perform other related duties as required
