Responsible to the President for the business/development, capture, proposal management, recruiting, transition and program management (bid process, deliverables and resources) for the USAF CAAS IV Advisory & Assistance (A&AS) ID/IQ contract vehicle with Sawdey Solution Services as a Small Business Prime contractor; throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS), USAF bases utilizing this CAAS IV vehicle include, but, not limited to: ACC MAJCOM and subordinate ACC bases, HAF and SAF organizations, Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), AFCENT, and AETC mission requirements. Also, fully engaged with the STARS-II prime contract for USAF IT contracts, a vehicle for which Sawdey Solution Services is permitted 8a direct awards/competition for contract services below $4M NAICS throughout 2015. Responsible for some Sawdey Solution Services contract proprosals throughout the lifecycle, specifically those in the C4ISR and IT arena.

Teach and certify Configuration Management II (CMII) courses and consult. CMII is business process infrastructure with a strong emphasis on engineering. CMII is configuration management, requirements management, change management, release management, data management, asset management, risk management, records management, project management, document control, library control, quality assurance and enabling software tools integrated into one cohesive unit.

Responsible for Quality Improvement, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Planning. Managed development of 275 corporate plans, policies, procedures and performance metrics (EVM). Accountable for life cycle process ensuring efficient development of 7 software and hardware products. Established engineering templates for requirements, specifications, and architect artifacts. Wrote proposals, contracts, product price models, procurement, and ITAR/EAR. CEO appointed Director Program Management (acting 1 yr); ensured 5 PMs met deliverables. Designed IMS for life cycle of products, programs and projects; final stop for documentation release.

Configuration managed integration, software, hardware, and documentation changes of 148 software applications in various configurations within the DoD NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS enclaves. Developed and implemented processes ensuring configuration control and status accounting of 40+ as-planned and as-released coupled with 23 unique as-built baselines simultaneously in a flux of constant change. Go to internal and external customer interface and identified #1 employee by Site Lead during annual evaluation. Managed System Control Center (SCC) and Fielding CM team ensuring software distribution and test support for 23 AOC WS sites; scheduled and conducted all annual CM audits (PCA) and team training.

Training lead for TBMCS-UL (USAF) program. Developed training cost analysis for fiscal year and assisted IPT in developing the annual budget. Sold and procured $500K in additional monies from SPO to expand recently contracted training. Managed training resources; developed annual schedule and training plan saving project $300K
