She provides valuation services and accounting advice to high net worth individuals as well as manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, medical practices, restaurants, service entities, and public entities. A speaker on topics such as valuation, tax and estate planning, she has broad-based corporate tax experience in business mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, as well as gift tax issues and income tax compliance.Sheri’s certifications and experience enable her to provide expert advice and counsel to outside CPAs as well as lawyers representing clients in business litigation.
