Overall responsibility for Solution Seeker external positioning, thereunder sales, marketing and recruitment. Working on strategy, delivery model and business development to transition us from researchers to successfully commercializing our vision and offering in the market. Managing several large client accounts, securing AI/ machine learning deliverables in our day-to-day operations.Created our talent recruiting pipeline and grown our team to over 20 highly motivated, high achieving employees that deliver individually and perform great in smaller teams. Expanded the team from Oslo to Rio de Janeiro.

Part of the original team starting Solution Seeker, a deep-tech spin-off from NTNU leveraging new developments within AI/ machine learning to optimize production.

​Women in Data Science (WiDS) aims to inspire and educate data scientists worldwide, regardless of gender, ​and to support women in the field. The Oslo chapter organizes a yearly conference, and several smaller events throughout the year. We showcase outstanding women doing excellent work in the field of data science, machine learning and AI.
