Sheri Siegelbaum has extensive experience in Local Public Contracts Law, Open Public Records Act focuses, condemnation and municipal tax foreclosure practice including the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts and bid specifications. She has managed the procurement, bidding and contracting services for the City of Passaic, the City of Union City and Town of Secaucus and for numerous other public entity clients of the Law Firm. She has served as Counsel for the City of Passaic, for the Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern New Jersey Auxiliary and as attorney for the Borough of New Milford. Currently she is Counsel to the Elizabeth Zoning Board of Adjustment and Hudson County Community College and general counsel for the Greenway Development Co., a residential and commercial developer in Northern, New Jersey. She successfully represented them before the New Jersey Supreme Court in Greenway Development v. Paramus resulting in reported decision at 163 N.J. 546(2000). Ms. Siegelbaum also continues to write on the subject of municipal law, including recent legislation regarding Local Public Contracts Law, the Open Public Records Act, Pay to Play issues, and in the Best Practices Manual for Awarding Contracts for Services by Public Entities.
