I hold a Certified Customs Specialist Designation (CCS) from the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers which is maintained yearly.During my career, I have had the opportunity to aquire a variety of skills and expand my knowledge base into many different aspects of business. These areas include:Sage50 - Accounting, purchasing, receivables, data management, inventory and supply chain.Product Management - cost, component and margin tracking for over 200 products.SalesForce Administration - development of integration to import data from Sage50 into SalesForce, development of quotes, asset tracking, building custom fields etc. Business Intelligence Reporting within SalesForce – developing dashboards to view sales, lead and opportunities data and forecast based on historical data. International Trade Logistics - working with LuminUltra shipping to over 50 countries worldwide and managing trade compliance in areas such as tariff classification, country of origin, valuation, free trade agreements, trade sanctions and customs regulations.JIRA Project Management – Using JIRA software to plan and implement projects and tasks. Advanced Excel Spreadsheets for business intelligence. Tracking costs, sales, margins, supplier performance using Excel formulas, pivot tables and 3D mapping tools.
