Providing customers with quotes checking with the product managers on what price we can offer on large quantities.Helping customers with their queries, checking the delivery of their order or changing the out of stock item if an item came up.

Queries may consist of Tracking delivery of orders, payment on orders, cancelled orders, Product queries and Telephone complaints.Completing order flow, which was a report of problem orders, identifying the problem and resolving the issue to prevent any delayed orders for customers.
