I have been a professional teacher with Anglophone West School District for several years. During this time I have attended many professional development opportunities in order to ensure I am offering best practices when teaching children in the Fredericton area.

During my ownership of Klever Kids Preschool and Daycare I was solely responsible for all aspects of running a childcare center in New Brunswick. I worked closely with the Department of Education to ensure I maintained the highest standards of education and care for small children. I also worked with the Department of Public Health to make sure I was following their guidelines to ensure safety and health regulations were clearly followed in my center. I was also responsible for the education and supervision of up to 10 staff members, as well as all human resources where the staff are concerned.I took upon my self to maintain all paperwork including: record keeping, accounting, licencing, payroll and all other necessities required to run a business.

I was a full-time employee for the hotel where I worked on the front desk handling all customer requests. I was also a manager on duty for the hotel. In this position I was responsible for all problem solving during my shifts at the hotel. I was responsible for the oversight of all staff and departments during this time.
