Worked with Facilities Department and subcontractors to implement improvements in energy efficiency, sustainability, health and safety, security, and waste reduction.
Assistant Exhibits Director
• Used human-centered design principles to develop, problem solve, and manage strategic exhibit development addressing both community needs and business objectives. Target areas included STEM education, childhood development, and accessibility and inclusion. • In Creative Director role, led a cross-functional team of on-site employees and collaborated with external designers, fabricators, architects, tradespeople, and national and local partners to create interactive educational exhibitions and environments. • Developed project management processes and guided agile development of UX and UI design, prototyping, and user testing in projects working both independently and collaboratively through communication, teamwork, and relationship-building.
