Jobs Descrition: • Financial reporting Every Month.• Checking and inputting all kinds Journal to MYOB system • Every month stock taking with the logistics department. • Matching receivable and payable with the finance departement. • Filling the Cash Receipt vouchers, Bank Receipt and Journal Vouchers • Make costing of principal for goods already received. • Make monthly tax reports. • Creating a confirmation letter to the principal if it is making a payment. • Checking Cash Flow (cash and bank) and match it with the documents every day. • Each Month Makes Presentation Margin for meeting.• Calculating Sales Commission & incentive employees every month.
