As a Senior Research and Consulting Associate at Intellect, I am involved in projects that aim to bridge the gap between academic research and practical application within a commercial setting. My focus is on transforming research and data into actionable insights that drive commercial success, practical implementation, and thought leadership, particularly in advancing workplace well-being and mental health. My work encompasses developing innovative solutions, collaborating with esteemed organisations and professionals and spearheading research initiatives that enhance workplace mental health and well-being across the ASEAN region and beyond.I'm an MSc Mental Health Studies and BSc Psychology graduate with significant experience in quantitative research using R, Excel, SPSS, and STATA. Outside of work, I am a music enthusiast and active member of a local community orchestra, where I play the French horn and piano.
