Responsible for several roles in the FAA Associate Administrator's Office of Commercial Space Transportation (AST) 500 Operations Integration California Office: develop and manage partnerships, maintain relationship, provide continuity, act as an interface, and advise local government, industry, and commercial space operators as “the face of AST.” Provide organizational direction and guidance to assigned operators and government partners on interpreting and satisfying regulatory requirements. Responsible for pre application consultation and is the point of contact for Spaceport America, Virgin Galactic, Blue Origin and Space Exploration operations, in addition to partnering with White Sands Missile Range and FAA Air Route Traffic Control Center. Wrote Operations and Maintenance Instructions (OMIs), Test Preparation Sheets (TPSs) and Problem Reports (PRs) in support of External Tank (ET)/Solid Rocket Booster (SRB) Operations at the Rotational Processing and Surge Facility (RPSF), Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) and Launch Pads.
