- Oversee Balance of Systems (BoS) operations, ensuring all requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner by the BoS team. Including occasional preparations of shipments as required.- Oversee the receiving team, ensuring the timely, safe, and accurate offload/receipt of all goods to the factory. Including occasional receiving of goods as required.- Manage and establish effective inventory controls to ensure accurate Material and BoS stock levels, ensuring raw materials and BoS are labeled properly, and accurately stored in locations physically and systematically.- Communicate with appropriate Project Managers to ensure accurate and on-time shipments of BoS.- Communicate with internal customers and supply chain team to coordinate the shipping of BoS materials.- Incoming inspections of raw materials as required.- Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders for raw materials as needed.- Set up new suppliers in business system.- Coordinate the expediting of materials as needed to meet customer and project managers work schedules. - Coordinate with Accounts Payable in resolving issues associated with invoices.- Other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
