My professional and entrepreneurial background include founding and managing a number of Information Technology companies; Innovative Systems in 1992, Direct Solutions in 1996 and IPC Business Centre in 1999, all of which were successfully sold and continue to operate to this day, albeit in different forms. Coinciding with the deregulation of the Telecommunications industry, I also founded one of New Zealand’s first independent Telecommunications Provider in 1999 – Net Tel Communications which provided a variety of services ranging from Land Line Tolls, Prepaid Calling Cards to Internet Services. I was also responsible for the expansion of Net Tel’s subsidiary operations into Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. Net Tel subsequently underwent a successful merger and buyout firstly from TelstraClear in 2003 and then with its remaining assets to Compass Communications in 2005. I was Chief Executive Officer and Board Member until 2004.I was a nominated finalist for The Ernst Young - 'Young Enterpreneur Of The Year' in 2000. Up until November 2009, I was the Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer for Integrity Solutions Centre, a company dedicated to helping clients improve their sales and service potential foundationed on ethical principles, integrity and values. Integrity Solutions Centre is the Asia-Pacific Channel Partner for Integrity Solutions Inc., which is based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.I was also the Chief Executive Officer for Offshore-CPI Supply in Malaysia, a leading engineering solutions provider and distributor of Control Process Instruments until May 2016.
