Initiatives included rationalizing the product portfolio, streamlining the supply chain, modifications to the sales channel, driving a cultural shift and creation of two new revenue sources with the legacy technology. Led 2 acquisitions as part of the transformational strategy. Established a global sales and marketing footprint and started the evolution of the revenue model from perpetual licenses to a SaaS model. Eventually led the divestiture of the Rimage business. During the transformation, effectively used share buybacks and dividends as the shareholder base transitioned from value investors to institutional growth investors. Successfully transitioned the board member composition to executives with enterprise software experience.
