I’m a systems analyst with 4+ years working in higher education. I currently perform technical analysis of systems related to the registration process, which entails working with an administrative team to support several business units of our ERP system. In my role I work closely with various units within enrollment management to provide resolutions, ad-hoc reports, research, maintenance, and end user training. Currently, I am serving as project lead to implement Hobsons Radius to better streamline our recruitment process and communication plan. We are excited to start using this recruiting tool to help push the University forward. Other duties include serving as project manager for implementation of all automated systems out of the Registrar’s Office.Colleagues know me to work diligently to solve their issues and improve efficiencies in their processes. I spend a lot of time understanding the business need and expectations before providing the best means of implementation. I work well alone as well as in collaborative settings.
