Member of a specialized 8 person team wherein I held multiple roles. Oversaw payroll and personnel onboarding processes for Aequitas and its two subsidiary portfolio companies, CarePayment and Unigo. Front line of defense for day-to-day inquiries of 200+ employees. Supported payroll implementation from Paylocity to Paychex, created training documents for subsidiaries to utilize. Prepared and supported the company as it went through two rounds of lay-offs, enacted the WARN Notice when the company filed for bankruptcy and moved to receivership in 2016.

Supported month-end accounting reporting and payroll execution. Partnered with the Board of Directors to implement a 401(k) and profit sharing program to promote employee satisfaction and retention. Organized and oversaw all personnel onboarding, training, and off-boarding in addition to maintaining OSHA records and personnel files.

Provided excellent customer service and safety practices for all passengers and crew. Followed AFA safety training regulations and knowledge upkeep as required. Received positive feedback from multiple passengers expressing thanks. On PDX <> SEA routes, provided a quick and smooth drink service to ensure passengers of age were able to enjoy a PNW beer or wine offering from Horizon food and beverage, should they wish.
