I am a fresh graduate of the University of Wollongong in Australia, graduating with First Class in Bachelor of Psychological Science. I've always had an interest in people. Through my years of education, I became a firm believer that discussion about mental illnesses should be the norm. The stigma surrounding mental illnesses is common, but these negative beliefs prevent those who need intervention from seeking it. Hence, I hope to become a practicing psychologist who is not only knowledgeable, but also provides an environment where clients feel safe and respected, so they can thrive. My primary interests lie in clinical and forensic psychology, with an interest in conducting research on mental health and psychology. My determination, passion and growth mindset have led to academic success. Most importantly, they have allowed me to consistently challenge myself to test the extent of my abilities.
