Working on the Rail Network Alliance (previously Rail Systems Alliance) part of the Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project. Supporting the Systems Engineering team delivering high-capacity signalling to the existing rail corridor and the new tunnel.My responsibilities include ensuring the requirements change management process is accurately documented and followed to ensure changes are robustly assessed and implemented in line with project deliverables. I also coordinate the Engineering Stage Gate process which involves client stakeholder management, collecting inputs from various project teams and arranging review sessions by management. Additionally I provide general support to the Systems Engineering team for their deliverables.

Recruiting technical and non-technical roles for Metro Trains Melbourne on the multi-billion dollar Level Crossing Removal Project. This project will see the removal of 50 dangerous and congested level crossings across Melbourne. The result will benefit train users, pedestrians, cyclists and drivers by improving safety, reducing congestion and enabling more frequent train services.I undertake candidate screening/shortlisting and work with managers to conduct interviews for a range of roles on the project from Project Engineers to Risk Advisors. Post-interview I extend job offers and complete reference checks.
