I have been in recruitment for the past 30 years. I started Verity Appointments 24 years ago which was primarily a legal secretarial agency and now encompasses general secretarial, bi-lingual and other office based staff including fee earners for the Legal Profession. Ten years ago, I started an Education Division which supplies permanent and temporary staff to schools and other educational establishments. I also own another teaching recruitment agency in Bromley. I am the Chair of World Zoroastrian Chamber of Commerce – UK Chapter. Founding Freeman & Court Assistant of the ‘Guild of Entrepreneurs’ and Chair of New Membership Committee. Trustee of ‘Learning for Life’, a charity that assists disadvantaged children to acquire an education in remote areas of Nepal, Bangladesh and India. Member of ‘Asian Women’s Resource Centre’ which assists women experiencing domestic violence and forced marriages and trustee of Tamasha Theatre’ a touring theatre company which showcases contemporary Britain.
