Planning and preparing presentation to potential customers.

1. Regional controller for all regions to achieve optimal turn-around of equipment in the most cost effective manner.2. Direct all local agents ensure optimal performance in the container logistics area3. Oversee the day-to-day logistical operation to ensure consistent container supply, cost effective in repositioning, the resolution of all long-standing containers, accurate forecasting, and the prompt action on the surpluses and deficit region.4. Communicate with Trade and Operations department to ensure effective imbalance planning at the cheapest possible cost.5. Maintain effective communication with leasing companies to ensure all container needs are covered by obtaining the best incentive deals available.6. Control the onhire and offhire activities to achieve maximum usage of the equipment in the inventory pool7. Maintain good rapot with Depot and Transporter to ensure the service engage by company is within the market price or lower.8. Control and monitor Detention and Demurrage collection.9. Control and monitor Depot, Trucking billing.10. Control and recover Repair cost from customer.11. Control and recover port storage cost from Transporter.

1. Facilitator between users, development team to understand requirement to resolve software development issues. 2. Prepare user guide, functional specification of the developed system.3. Revise of system tests to ensure accuracy and system free of problem before roll out.4. Prioritization and assignment of tasks for development and implementation.5. Conduct user training, UAT and advice application users on how to effective use the application to reduce their work load and achieve max work efficiency.6. Troubleshooting technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing software to meet certain change of user requirement.7. Analyze data receive from external system and identify data integrity issues with propose solution.8. Has experience handle the Microsoft SQL Server 20059. Has experience setup SSIS Package to transfer data from external system.10. Has experience in handling MS SQL Database administration, Store Procedures and Data Transformation Service 11. Provide presentation of the software readiness to management team.
