Student It Technican
Current· Provide technology support via phone, email, chat, and in-person to faculty, staff, and students for KU computing systems and services (e.g., Enroll and Pay, email, classroom support, delegate support).· Follow departmental policies and procedures to ensure account security is maintained.· Generate and manage service tickets, including detailed notes in the ticketing system.· Update the knowledgebase as required and provide remote assistance to users.· Assist with special projects, administrative reports, and other duties as assigned.· Deliver support for personal devices and ensure the best possible service.
