1-Reviewing Shipping plan for bookings arrangement.2-Placing bookings with our service providers based on Sales team requirements through shipping plan.3- Receiving & reviewing bookings in order to be shared with our Sales team for customer’s approval.4- Receiving and reviewing final shipping instructions from Sales team.5- Submitting Final shipping instructions to our service providers.6- Receiving B/L drafts and reviewing it to be aligned with final shipping instructions.7- Sending B/L drafts to the Sales team for their ref.8- Sending B/L drafts to the documentation team for the set of documents preparation.9- Receiving & reviewing shipment invoices based on the received quotation. 10- Following up the shipment until destination arrival.
