For the past 15 years I have dedicated myself to learning and development in some way shape or form. Whether it’s been by taking on a company role that brought me excitement and a good challenge to grow their learning and development department, coach their leaders + up and coming leaders, or strengthening their trainings and raise their employee engagement within the company, I have been involved in it all.My passion for learning and development has driven me to take chances I’ve never thought possible. It keeps me in a position where I always have to think outside of the box, focus ahead on what’s to come, and most importantly (and also my favorite) to be CREATIVE. Building relationships, understanding and catering to different learning styles, and taking on a company’s next big goal for their employees have all been great experiences and accomplishments.
