JGP provides quality initiatives in art (performance, visual, & fashion), community service, & art education.As one of the first points of contact, I am responsible for managing all company correspondence including the creation and distribution of digital forms, letters, and marketing materials. When recruiting and organizing volunteers for events, managing vendor relations, and providing resources for internal staff, top-notch customer service is of the utmost importance. Traveling to fundraisers and productions to represent the company and its mission on a monthly basis is part of my role as well. While collaborating with several teams including finance, HR, IT, and field management, I assumed account management duties with new and existing clients to ensure attainment of requirements and frequent contact. Providing full customer service and support including pulling, analyzing, and distributing client specific reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis was crucial. Roster maintenance and updating internal systems with data pertaining to field and inside sales teams were daily responsibilities. On occasion, I traveled to clients' locations to complete deliverables and maintain good rapport.
