As a Field Study Consultant, chosen to be part of an elite team to travel, along with other bank operations experts, to 50-60 Bank of America branches throughout the United States to collect data meant to improve customer service, process flow, and software systems. During this field study, observations were performed to track customer wait time, lobby activities, transaction turn times and teller process flow. Once all the data was collected, a written report outlining areas of improvement, best practices, training opportunities and overall operational details for each of the branches visited would be presented.
