This is a busy clinic that schedules close to 450 patients a week. I was responsible for heavy phones, insurance verification and authorization, inventory and accounts payable. I managed 3 employees. I wore many hats in a day, from collecting co -pays to setting schedules. I have for the last 6 months been in our billing department where I have been learning AR, and have taken over in the medical records dept. I am also working Liens part time. I made a move to the billing department to expand my resume.
