I have been fortunate that my unique and varied experience has led me to many opportunities and challenges, such as Operations Manager for SE Asia where I established operations for our Pyxis products. As the sole member of this team the first year, I wore numerous hats - Sales, Software and hardware Support, Implementation, Trainer, Integration, Vendor Contracting, Order Entry, Shipping and Receiving, etc. I learned about their healthcare system, culture, and best of all, I worked shoulder to shoulder with them. It was amazing! Being a people person through and through I am always looking for other perspectives which lead to better results or innovation. My skills in collaboration, listening, observing and speaking out have assisted with successful change management. I have established new departments and changed or implemented new processes with minimal resistance. My love of people has allowed me to successfully lead both as a manger and as a team leader. I have been the recipient of a "Manager of the Year" award and a "Key Contributor Award".Of all my experience, my first love is always training or facilitation. Nothing can compare to the satisfaction of seeing your student effectively utilize knowledge or change some part of their life due to self awareness. To quote my previous manager "Sherri receives rave reviews about the passion she brings to the Constructive Challenge workshops she leads".
